Sign-in and account problems
Updated
In short
If your password is rejected, try Continue with Google, since many accounts were created that way, or use Forgot password? to get a reset link. Check spam for confirmation and reset emails. If your weddings are missing, you're probably signed in to a different account; check the email shown in Settings.
You can sign in two ways: Continue with Google, or your email and password. Most sign-in trouble comes from mixing the two up, or from an email that landed in spam. Find your message below.
“Invalid login credentials”
Why: the email or password doesn’t match. Often the account was created with Google, so it has no password.
Fix: try Continue with Google with the same address first. If that’s not it, reset your password below. Check for a typo in your email too.
Reset your password
- 1
Click Forgot password?
It’s under the password box on the sign-in page. - 2
Enter your email and click Send reset link
You’ll see Check your email. For privacy, we show this whether or not an account exists for that address. - 3
Open the link in the email
It opens Choose a new password. Check spam if the email hasn’t arrived after a few minutes. - 4
Set a new password
Use at least 6 characters, then click Update password. You’ll land on your dashboard.
If you see “Couldn’t update your password. Try the reset link again.”, the link has expired or was already used. Request a new one and use the newest email.
“Email not confirmed”, or stuck on “Check your email”
Why: some new accounts need you to click a confirmation link before you can sign in.
Fix: find the email from Lovely Seating, checking spam and promotions too, and click the link. Then sign in.
“User already registered”
Why: there’s already an account with that email.
Fix: go to the sign-in page instead. Use Continue with Google or Forgot password? if you don’t remember how you signed up.
The Google button doesn’t appear or does nothing
Why: ad blockers, privacy extensions and strict browser settings can block Google’s sign-in window.
Fix: allow lovelyseating.com in your blocker, or try a private window. If Google can’t load, we show a plain Continue with Google button that uses a redirect instead. You can also sign in with email and password.
I signed in but my weddings are missing
Why: you’re probably signed in to a different account, for example Google with one address and email with another.
Fix: open SettingsAccount and check the Email shown. If it’s not the one you used, click your initials, choose Log out, and sign in the other way. For a wedding someone shared with you, see accepting an invite.

Frequently asked questions
I signed up with Google. Do I have a password?
No. Accounts created with Google sign in with Continue with Google, so there's no separate password to remember.
The reset email never arrived. What now?
Check spam and promotions, and make sure you typed the email you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, just use Continue with Google instead.
Can I change the email on my account?
Not from Settings. Contact us from your current address and we'll help.
