Everything you need to build your seating plan is free: unlimited guests and tables, the floor plan, imports, RSVPs, meals and Auto-Seat. Pro ($39 one-time) unlocks what gets the plan out into the world: print-ready charts and place cards, the Find Your Seat QR page, inviting collaborators, version history and more seating plans.
You can build your entire seating plan on the Free plan, with no time limit and no card. You only pay when you want to print it, publish it or share it. Free users hit the paywall at the very end, after the work is done, so you can see exactly what you’re getting first.

The Free plan is $0, forever:

- A watermarked preview of every export on Print & Export, so you can check how your charts will look.
- A basic guest list CSV from Guests⋯Export guest list. The version with table and seat columns is Pro.

Where you’ll meet the paywall
On the free plan, these buttons open an upgrade window instead of acting:
- Download image, Save as PDF and Download CSV on Print & Export (they show a lock).
- Unticking Show “Made with Lovely Seating” credit on an export.
- Publish page (Pro) on QR Code / Seat Finder.
- Share, to invite your partner, planner or family.
- Version history and New plan once you have 1 seating plan. These show a short message with an Upgrade button.
The upgrade window lists everything Pro unlocks, with the one you just tried at the top. Click Unlock everything to pay securely through Stripe. See upgrade to Pro.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. The Free plan never expires, so you can build and preview your whole plan before deciding. You only pay if you want to download, publish or share.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is $39 one-time. It doesn't renew. Only the Agency plan for wedding planners is a monthly subscription.
Is Auto-Seat free?
Yes. Auto-Seat is included on every plan, with no limit on how often you run it.
Can I see what my chart will look like before paying?
Yes. Print & Export shows a full preview of every export type and theme, with a watermark across it. Upgrading removes the watermark and unlocks the downloads.
