The Agency plan for wedding planners

Agency is for professionals who plan weddings for clients. It’s $79/month, billed monthly until you cancel. Pro covers a single wedding; Agency removes that limit.

In practice, “white-label” means the Lovely Seating credit can come off your printed charts (Pro can do this too) and off the Find Your Seat guest page and QR sign that guests see (Agency only). See white-label exports.

Start Agency

   Open the upgrade window

   Click Upgrade at the top of the app, or go to SettingsPlanSee plans.

   Choose Agency

   On the free plan, click See the Agency plan → under the Pro offer. If you’re already on Pro, the window leads with Agency: click Unlock with Agency.

   Pay on Stripe

   Enter your card on Stripe’s secure checkout. It sets up a monthly subscription.

   Wait for the confirmation

   You’ll see You’re all set! Your account now shows an Agency badge, and SettingsPlan says You’re on the Agency plan.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Go to SettingsPlan and click Manage subscription. This opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can update your card or cancel. When you’re done, it brings you back to Settings.

What happens when Agency ends

• If you bought Pro before, your account goes back to Pro. Otherwise it goes back to Free.
• Your weddings and seating plans stay. You just can’t create new ones beyond your new plan’s limit.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep Agency while Stripe retries the card, so you aren’t cut off over one declined payment.

Billing details

Agency is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. On refunds, our terms say that where a technical fault stops you using a paid feature, we’ll investigate and may issue a refund case by case. Read the full terms in our Terms of Service, section 6.
