Pro is built for a couple planning their own wedding. It covers 1 wedding, with up to 5 seating plans inside it, and every Pro feature. There’s no limit on guests or tables.

The wedding limit
A wedding is one event with its own guest list. Pro includes 1 wedding, the same as Free. What counts:
- Counts: weddings you own, including archived ones. Archiving hides a wedding but keeps its slot.
- Doesn’t count: weddings someone else owns and has shared with you, and weddings you’ve deleted.

Want to start over instead?
Delete your current wedding from its ⋯ menu on Your weddings. That frees the slot for a new one. Download a backup first if you might want the old data. See delete a plan or wedding.
The seating plan limit
Seating plans are layouts inside a wedding, like ceremony and reception, all sharing one guest list. Pro allows up to 5 seating plans per wedding. Deleted plans don’t count. At the limit, New plan in the plan menu shows a lock and an Upgrade label. See weddings vs seating plans.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Pro for my sister's wedding too?
Pro covers 1 wedding per account. Your sister can create her own free account and buy Pro for her wedding, or you can invite her to collaborate on yours.
Does archiving a wedding free up a slot?
No. Archived weddings still count, so you can restore them any time. Deleting a wedding frees the slot.
Do weddings shared with me count toward my limit?
No. Only weddings you own count. You can collaborate on as many shared weddings as you're invited to.
Is there a limit on guests or tables?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited guests and tables.
