How do guests find their seat?
They scan your QR code (or open the link), type their first or last name, and their table appears. Search is tolerant of nicknames, maiden names and accents, so most people find themselves on the first try.
What can guests actually see?
Only names and the table each guest is at — plus a meal line if you choose to show it. Emails, phone numbers, dietary and accessibility notes, keep-apart reasons and the full guest list are never shared. Guests search for themselves; they can’t browse the whole list.
Does the page update if I change the seating?
Yes — that’s the point. Keep it live and it always shows your current plan, so a last-minute RSVP or swap is already correct when guests arrive. You can also freeze it before the day if you’d rather lock it in.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. It’s a normal web page that opens in any phone’s browser or camera. The search runs on their device, so it’s fast even on weak venue wifi.

What happens to the page after the wedding?
It comes down automatically a few days after your wedding date, so an old QR won’t keep working. You can also take it down whenever you like.
Can I still print a chart as well?
