Design your QR code signs for Find Your Seat
Updated
In short
The QR sign designer in QR Code / Seat Finder makes a welcome sign, frame print, table tents or invitation inserts in your theme colours. Pick a size, edit the wording and QR style, then download a print-ready PDF with bleed or a PNG. Download QR gives just the code. Printed codes keep working, even if you change your link.
Your QR code is how most guests will reach your page: they point their phone camera at it and tap the link. The QR sign designer turns it into signs that match your page, ready to print. You can design before you publish (the preview uses an example link), and download once your page is live. If you haven’t published yet, see publish your guest page.

The four designs
- Welcome sign: a poster for the entrance or an easel. A4, A3, A2, 18×24″ or 24×36″.
- Frame print: for a tabletop frame at the bar or seating table. 5×7″, A5 or A4.
- Table tent: one per table, with the table’s number and name. The PDF has a page for every table.
- Invitation insert: a small card to tuck into the invitation. A6, business card or 5×7″.
Options
- QR style: soft dots, rounded or classic.
- Heart in the QR centre: a small heart in the middle of the code.
- Show names & date: your names and wedding date on the sign.
- Floral frame: a soft floral border.
The PDF is print-ready, with 3 mm bleed around the edge for print shops. Signs carry a small Lovely Seating credit unless branding was removed on the Agency plan.
Download QR
Want just the code? In the Your QR code box, under your link, click Download QR. Use it when you’re designing your own sign, adding it to your printed seating chart, or putting it on programmes.
It’s safe to print early
Seating changes, page edits and theme changes never change your QR code. Even if you later pick a custom link, the old link redirects to the new one, so printed codes keep working. Print your signs whenever you’re ready.

Printing tips
- Print the QR code at least 2 cm (about 1 in) wide. Bigger is easier to scan from a distance.
- Don’t crop the light border around the code.
- Scan your printed proof with a couple of different phones before the day.
- Put it where guests pause: the entrance, the escort-card table or the bar.
- Keep a printed alphabetical chart nearby for guests without a phone.

Frequently asked questions
Will my QR code change if I move guests around?
No. The QR code points to your page’s link. Seating changes appear on the page without changing the code, and if you change the link, the old one redirects.
Can I download signs on the Free plan?
You can design them and see the preview. Downloading needs Pro, and your page needs to be published so the code points to it.
What size should I print the QR code?
At least 2 cm (about 1 in) wide for close scanning. On an easel sign, 8–10 cm (3–4 in) or more is comfortable.
Can I remove the Lovely Seating credit from the sign?
Only on the Agency plan, using Remove Lovely Seating branding under After the wedding.
