Can I put my own branding on the exports?
Yes. Agency white-labels every export — the Lovely Seating credit line is removed, so the PDF, images and place cards you hand to clients or vendors carry only your brand.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. You can invite each couple to collaborate on their own seating plan so they can review and update it with you, all under your Agency account. They don't need their own paid plan.
Can I charge clients for the seating charts I make?
Yes — they're your deliverable. Many planners include seating design in a package or offer it as a paid add-on. White-label exports carry only your brand, and your cost is a flat monthly fee regardless of how many weddings you run, so you can price it however you like.
Is there a limit on weddings or guests?
No. Agency is unlimited — as many client weddings, seating plans and guests as you need, with no per-seat or per-event fees. One predictable monthly price covers your whole calendar.
Can I cancel Agency anytime?
Yes — it's a monthly subscription you can cancel whenever you like from your account settings. Your plans stay in your account.
Should I buy Pro per wedding or Agency?
Pro is $39 one-time and covers one wedding per account (up to 5 seating plans) — fine for the occasional client, usually with the couple buying Pro on their own account and inviting you. Agency is $79 a month for unlimited weddings in your own workspace, plus white-label exports and priority support. $79 is about three to four Pro weddings, so Agency pays off once you seat roughly four or more weddings a month — and it is the only way to keep every client in one account.
Can venue coordinators or caterers see the plan without editing it?
Yes. Send each one a read-only vendor link: the venue coordinator gets the floor plan and table list, the caterer meal counts and dietary notes per table. Vendors need no account, and vendor links are free on every plan. To show someone the whole plan, invite them as a Viewer instead.
Can I import a couple's guest list from The Knot, Zola or Joy?
Yes. Export the guest list from The Knot, Zola or Joy as a CSV and use the guided import; columns are matched automatically and plus-ones are linked. There is no direct sync with those sites — it's a CSV import.
Is there a Lovely Seating app for planners?
There is no native iOS or Android app. Lovely Seating runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, so you can check a client's plan on site at the venue without installing anything, and every wedding is saved to your account.
Is each client's data kept separate?
Yes. Every wedding is a distinct event with its own guests and seating. You switch between client weddings from your dashboard, and nothing is shared between them unless you choose to.
