What is a wedding guest list template?
A wedding guest list template is a ready-made structure for tracking everyone you’re inviting — their names, which household they belong to, whether they’ve replied, and what they’re eating — so you’re not starting from a blank page.

How do I add plus-ones to my guest list?
Use “Add a +1” on any guest. The plus-one is added as their own person (counted in your headcount and meal totals), shown with a +1 chip in the list, and marked with a +1 badge on their chair once seated.
Does my guest list connect to the seating chart?
Yes. It’s the same data: seat guests from the list into a floor plan and chart without retyping, and a change to a guest updates everywhere.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You build your guest list in your browser and it’s saved to your account — there’s nothing to download or install.
