• Account information: your name, email address, and — if you subscribe to a paid plan — payment details, which are processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Content you create: your seating plans, and the guest information you choose to enter — such as names, contact details, RSVP status, meal choices, and dietary or accessibility notes.
• Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and activity logs used to keep the Service secure and working.
• Support communications you send us.

Guests you add to a plan do not need to register or create an account.

By default, your plans are stored locally in your browser. When you create an account and enable sync, your plans are stored securely in the cloud and associated with your account so you can access them across devices.

• To operate, maintain and improve the Service;
• To save, sync and back up your plans;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
• To respond to your questions and provide support;
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager and related analytics) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

When you enter details about your guests, you act as the organiser of that information. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use it. Private notes, dietary and accessibility details stay in your planning record and are not automatically shown on guest-facing seating charts.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Payment processing (Stripe);
• Cloud hosting and storage;
• Analytics and error monitoring;
• Where required to comply with the law.

Depending on where you live — for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law — you may have the right to access your data, request its deletion, correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, or request a copy of your data in a portable format. We keep your account and plan data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual plans or your entire account at any time. After deletion, residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being removed.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, however, so you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
