- Age: Adult, Child or Infant.
- Whose guest?: each partner’s side, Both sides or Other. See groups and sides.

Edit a guest later
Click a guest’s name in the list, or choose ⋯Edit on their row. Their details open in a side panel. Make your changes and click Save.
The side panel has a few extras the Add guest form doesn’t:
- Table: seat them, and lock their seat.
- Invited with (household): keep a family or couple together.
- Relationships: who they must sit with, would like to sit with, or should be kept apart from.
- Seating needs: wheelchair space, near an exit, high chair and so on.
These seating controls save as soon as you change them. The fields at the top only save when you click Save.

Your guest list belongs to the wedding, so every seating plan in that wedding uses the same guests. Building the list from scratch? Our guide to making a wedding guest list walks you through it.
