White-label exports: remove the Lovely Seating credit

In short

To remove our credit from printed charts, open Print & Export, expand Style & branding and untick Show "Made with Lovely Seating" credit. That works on Pro and Agency. On Agency you can also remove Lovely Seating branding from the Find Your Seat guest page and QR sign; choose that before you publish.

When you hand a seating chart to a client or a venue, you may want it to carry only your work, not ours. There are two places our name can appear, and each has its own switch.

Printed charts and cards (Pro and Agency)

Exports include a small Made with Lovely Seating credit by default. To remove it:

Open Print & Export
Choose the export type, theme and page size as usual.

Expand Style & branding
It’s one of the collapsible sections in the controls.

Untick the credit
Untick Show “Made with Lovely Seating” credit. The preview updates straight away.

Download
Click Download image or Save as PDF. The setting stays while you switch between export types, but it’s back on the next time you open Print & Export, so check it before each download.

On the free plan, the checkbox has a Pro label, and unticking it opens the upgrade window instead.

The credit isn’t the watermark

On the free plan, the preview has a large diagonal watermark across it. That goes away completely once you upgrade, and it never appears on downloads. The credit is a small line you can choose to keep or remove. See the watermarked preview.

The Find Your Seat page and QR sign (Agency only)

On Agency, the publish settings on QR Code / Seat Finder include an extra switch: Remove Lovely Seating branding. Turn it on and the guest page, and the sign you download, carry no Lovely Seating footer.

Change it any time

The switch sits with the other settings above Publish page, and stays in the card once the page is live. Changing it updates the guest page straight away, with the same link and QR code. A sign you’ve already downloaded keeps the branding it was made with, so download it again after changing the switch.

What white-label doesn’t do

It doesn’t add your own logo. Exports show the couple’s names, date and chosen theme.
It doesn’t change the app itself. Couples you invite still see Lovely Seating when they sign in.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Agency to remove the credit from my charts?

No. Pro and Agency can both untick the Made with Lovely Seating credit on printed exports. Removing branding from the Find Your Seat guest page is Agency only.

Can I add my own logo to exports?

Not at the moment. White-label removes our credit; it doesn't add a planner logo.

I published the guest page before switching to Agency. Can I remove the branding?

Yes. Tick Remove Lovely Seating branding in the Find Your Seat page card. The live page updates straight away and keeps its link and QR code. Download the sign again if you'd already saved one.
