Print a meal directory for your caterer
Updated
In short
Choose Guest meal directory in Print & Export to give your caterer a printable sheet of plate counts. It shows how many of each meal you need, then lists the guests on each meal with their table. Declined guests aren’t counted, and anyone without a meal appears under No meal chosen at the end, so you can chase them.
Your caterer needs two things: how many of each plate, and who gets which one. The Guest meal directory gives them both on one sheet, headed “For the kitchen”.

What’s on the sheet
- A row of plate counts at the top, one per meal, with the most popular first.
- A section for each meal, listing its guests A–Z.
- Each guest’s table next to their name, so plates go to the right place. A dash means they don’t have a table yet.
- A No meal chosen section at the end for guests without a meal.
You can show or hide Couple’s names and Wedding date at the top.
Who’s counted
Every guest who hasn’t declined is counted, whether or not they have a seat yet. That includes guests still marked Invited, Awaiting or Maybe. Update your RSVPs before you send final numbers, so you’re not paying for plates nobody will eat. See track RSVP status.

Frequently asked questions
Why are my plate counts higher than my guest count?
The directory counts everyone who hasn’t declined, including guests still marked Invited, Awaiting or Maybe. Mark guests who aren’t coming as Declined and the counts drop.
Does the meal directory show allergies?
No, only meal choices. Use the CSV spreadsheet export for dietary notes.
What does a dash next to a name mean?
That guest doesn’t have a table yet. Seat them on the Floor plan screen and their table will appear.
