Table lists, table cards and table numbers
Updated
In short
Three exports are organised by table. Table list shows every table with its guests on one page, with optional dietary marks. Table cards give each table its own card listing its guests. Table numbers make a big number card per table for the centrepiece. All three use your table names and leave out declined guests.
If you think in tables rather than names, these three exports are for you. Go to Print & Export and choose one under What to export. Each is built from your current seating, so print them once your plan is final.
Table list
Table list puts every table on one sheet, titled “Seating by Table”, with each table’s guests underneath. It’s the handy overview for your planner, venue coordinator or the person at the door with a clipboard.
- A star (★) marks guests you’ve flagged as VIP.
- With Dietary marks (◆) ticked, a small diamond appears next to anyone with a dietary note. The note itself isn’t printed.
- You can also show or hide Couple’s names and Wedding date.
- Tables with nobody seated yet say “No guests yet”.
Table cards
Table cards gives each table its own card: the table name, the number of guests (or “Head Table”) and everyone sitting there. Stand one on each table, or line them up on an escort table so guests can find their names.
Table numbers
Table numbers makes one card per table for the centrepiece. A table called “Table 7” prints a small “TABLE” with a big “7”. A named table, like “The Rose Table”, prints its name instead. The head table gets a “★ Head Table” line.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make the table numbers bigger?
The cards are designed for two across a portrait A4 page. On a bigger page the cards get wider, but the lettering stays the same size. For a much larger number, ask your print shop to scale the PDF up when they print it.
Does the table list show seat numbers?
No. It lists guests by table. For exact chairs, use the floor-plan chart with Chairs + initials.
Why does a table say “No guests yet” on the table list?
Nobody is seated at that table yet. Seat guests there on the Floor plan screen, or delete the table if you don’t need it.
