Plans and pricing: Free, Pro and Agency

Lovely Seating has three plans. Free ($0) lets you build a complete seating plan for one wedding. Pro ($39 one-time) adds printing, place cards, the QR seat finder, collaborators and more seating plans. Agency ($79/month) is for wedding planners: unlimited weddings, white-label exports and priority support.

Upgrade to Pro Pro

Click Upgrade at the top of the app, or try any Pro feature, and an upgrade window opens. Click Unlock everything, pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and you're sent back to a confirmation screen. Pro is $39 one-time, applies to your whole account, and unlocks every Pro feature straight away.

What Pro includes: 1 wedding, up to 5 seating plans Pro

Pro covers 1 wedding on your account, with up to 5 seating plans in it, and unlocks every Pro feature: printable exports, place cards, Find Your Seat, collaborators, branding removal and version history. Archived weddings count toward the limit; weddings shared with you don't. Guests and tables stay unlimited. For more weddings, there's Agency.

The Agency plan for wedding planners Pro

Agency is the plan for wedding planners: $79/month for unlimited weddings and seating plans, white-label exports and priority support, plus everything in Pro. Start it from the upgrade window or Settings. It renews monthly until you cancel, which you do from Settings → Manage subscription.

Payments, receipts and refunds

All payments go through Stripe's secure checkout; we never see your card number. Pro is a single payment that doesn't renew. Agency renews monthly until you cancel in Settings → Manage subscription. For a receipt, contact us with the email you paid with. Refunds are considered case by case when a technical fault stops a paid feature working.

Account settings, emails and unsubscribing

Open Settings from your initials in the top corner. There you can change your display name, set a new password, see which plan you're on, log out and delete your account. Your email address can't be changed in Settings. To stop our emails, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we send, then confirm.

Delete your account

Go to Settings, scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and every wedding on it, and it can't be undone. Download a backup or export anything you want to keep first. On Agency, cancel your subscription before deleting, because deleting doesn't cancel it.
