Every export at a glance Pro

Go to Print & Export to turn your plan into something you can print. There are nine exports: floor-plan chart, guest finder, table list, table cards, table numbers, meal directory, place cards, welcome sign and a CSV spreadsheet. Pick a theme and page size, then click Save as PDF or Download image. Previewing is free; downloading needs Pro.

The watermarked preview on the free plan

On the Free plan, Print & Export shows a full preview of every export, behind a light diagonal “Lovely Seating” watermark. You can try every theme, size and option. Downloading the PDF, image or CSV needs Pro, a one-time payment. Once you upgrade, the watermark disappears from the preview and every download button unlocks.

Print a floor-plan seating chart Pro

The Floor-plan chart draws your room as a seating chart, laid out like your Floor plan screen. Choose Names by chairs, Names in tables or Chairs + initials, then decide whether to show table names or numbers, guest names, venue objects and a group legend. It opens landscape on A3, A2 or A1 depending on how many tables you have.

Print an alphabetical (A–Z) seating chart Pro

Choose Guest finder in Print & Export for an alphabetical seating chart: every guest with their table, in neat A–Z columns. Sort by first name, surname, group or table, and tick Combine couples onto one line to pair plus-ones. Declined guests are left off, and unseated guests show a dash. It suits an entrance easel or welcome table.

Table lists, table cards and table numbers Pro

Three exports are organised by table. Table list shows every table with its guests on one page, with optional dietary marks. Table cards give each table its own card listing its guests. Table numbers make a big number card per table for the centrepiece. All three use your table names and leave out declined guests.

Print place cards and escort cards Pro

Choose Place cards in Print & Export to print a name card for every seated guest. Each card shows the guest’s name, table and meal (if set), with your names on top if you like. Cards print two across on A4 with a dashed cut line. The same cards work as escort cards on a welcome table.

Print a meal directory for your caterer Pro

Choose Guest meal directory in Print & Export to give your caterer a printable sheet of plate counts. It shows how many of each meal you need, then lists the guests on each meal with their table. Declined guests aren’t counted, and anyone without a meal appears under No meal chosen at the end, so you can chase them.

Print a wedding welcome sign Pro

Choose Welcome sign in Print & Export for a decorative poster reading “Welcome to the wedding of”, followed by your names, your date and your venue. The names and venue come from your wedding details. It opens on portrait A3; pick a poster size for an easel and have it printed at a print shop.

Export your guest list as a CSV spreadsheet Pro

Choose CSV spreadsheet in Print & Export and click Download CSV to get your whole guest list as a spreadsheet file. It has one row per guest with name, group, household, RSVP, meal, dietary notes, seating needs, table and seat. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Like the other exports, downloading it needs Pro.

Themes, corner art and styling Pro

Every printable export comes in seven themes, from Blush Romance to Amethyst Plum. Pick one from the colour chips above the preview; the screen starts on the style you chose during setup. Most themes add watercolour corner art, which you can switch off. With Pro you can also remove the small “Made with Lovely Seating” credit.

Paper sizes and how to print Pro

Each export opens on the page size that fits your plan, from A4 up to A1, and you can change it under Page. Click Save as PDF, then in the print dialog choose Save as PDF or your printer. Print A4 or US Letter at home; send bigger sizes to a print shop as a PDF.
