Lovely Seating has three plans. Free ($0) lets you build a complete seating plan for one wedding. Pro ($39 one-time) adds printing, place cards, the QR seat finder, collaborators and more seating plans. Agency ($79/month) is for wedding planners: unlimited weddings, white-label exports and priority support.
There are three plans. Most couples build on Free and upgrade to Pro when they’re ready to print. Agency is for wedding planners who run several weddings at once. Every account starts on Free, with no card needed.

Which plan is right for me?
- Still building, or just want to see it on screen? Stay on Free. It never expires.
- Need to print, hand out place cards, share a QR code with guests or plan with your partner? Pro.
- Planning more than one wedding, usually for clients? Agency. Pro doesn’t add extra weddings.
Where to see and change your plan
Go to Settings (under your initials). The Plan card says which plan you’re on. On Free or Pro, See plans opens your upgrade options. On Agency, Manage subscription opens the billing portal.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. The Free plan lets you build and preview everything with no time limit, so you can see exactly what you'd get before paying.
Is Pro a monthly subscription?
No. Pro is $39 one-time and doesn't renew. Only Agency is a monthly subscription.
Do you charge per guest?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited guests and tables.
Can I move from Pro to Agency later?
Yes. If you're on Pro, the Upgrade button offers Agency. If you ever cancel Agency, your account goes back to Pro.
